Reverse Your Fatty Liver Avocado Wraps

Ingredients
  

CREAMY AVOCADO DRESSING

  • 1 avocado peeled & pitted
  • 5 large basil leaves chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro leaves chopped
  • 1/4 cup chives snipped
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1/4 red onion chopped
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1 clove garlic with skin removed and chopped
  • salt & pepper to taste

FOR THE WRAPS

  • 1 any color bell pepper sliced thinly
  • 1/2 red onion sliced thinly
  • 3 green onions thinly sliced on the long side
  • 1/2 cup corn
  • 1 jalapeno with seeds removed then slice thinly
  • 1/4 cup cilantro sliced thinly
  • 1 14 oz can black beans drained and rinsed
  • 2-4 cup baby spinach rinsed well and towel dried
  • 2 avocados peeled, pitted and sliced thinly
  • 4 large sprouted tortillas
  • 1 lime wedged

Instructions
 

DRESSING PREPARATION

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor. 
  • Blend on high until smooth. 

WRAP ASSEMBLY

  • Layer all prepared ingredients on tortilla.
  • Add desired amount of Creamy Avocado Dressing.
  • Roll up tortilla wraps.
  • Cut each wrap on the diagonal.
  • Serve with lime wedges and enjoy!
