Reverse Your Fatty Liver Avocado Wraps
Ingredients
CREAMY AVOCADO DRESSING
- 1 avocado peeled & pitted
- 5 large basil leaves chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro leaves chopped
- 1/4 cup chives snipped
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1/4 red onion chopped
- 2 green onions chopped
- 1 clove garlic with skin removed and chopped
- salt & pepper to taste
FOR THE WRAPS
- 1 any color bell pepper sliced thinly
- 1/2 red onion sliced thinly
- 3 green onions thinly sliced on the long side
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1 jalapeno with seeds removed then slice thinly
- 1/4 cup cilantro sliced thinly
- 1 14 oz can black beans drained and rinsed
- 2-4 cup baby spinach rinsed well and towel dried
- 2 avocados peeled, pitted and sliced thinly
- 4 large sprouted tortillas
- 1 lime wedged
Instructions
DRESSING PREPARATION
- Add all ingredients to a food processor.
- Blend on high until smooth.
WRAP ASSEMBLY
- Layer all prepared ingredients on tortilla.
- Add desired amount of Creamy Avocado Dressing.
- Roll up tortilla wraps.
- Cut each wrap on the diagonal.
- Serve with lime wedges and enjoy!
