  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 pear (pitted)
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed (ground)
  • 1/2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 scoop Daily Greens
