Reverse Your Fatty Liver Morning Glory
Ingredients
- 1/2 fresh banana
- 1/2 papaya, seeded and peeled
- 1 cup fresh or frozen berries
- 1/2 cup greens(kale, spinach, collard greens)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1/2 thumb sized portion ginger root
- 1 scoop Daily Greens
Instructions
- Remove kale or collard leaves from their stalk
- Put the leaves into your blender and add almond milk
- Blend for a few minutes until smooth
- Put the rest of the ingredients in and blend again until smooth
- Enjoy immediately!
