Reverse Your Fatty Liver Protein Power Punch
Ingredients
- 1 fresh banana
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or soy milk
- 1/2 tbsp homey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup greens(kale, spinach, collard greens)
- 2 tbsp vegetable protein powder(like Vega)
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 2 ice cubes
- 1 scoop Daily Greens
Instructions
- Put everything in a blender
- Mix for at least one minute until smooth
- Enjoy immediately!
