Ingredients
  

  • 6 raw almond, chopped
  • 1 apple, chopped and pitted
  • 1 fresh banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt (nonfat)
  • 1/4 cup cold milk (nonfat)
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 scoop Daily Greens

Instructions
 

  • Put everything in a blender
  • Mix everything until smooth
  • Enjoy immediately!
