  • 1 cup nonfat Greek yoghurt
  • 1 cup cold natural almond milk
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 whole banana
  • 2 tbsp protein powder(whey, hemp, peas)
  • 1 scoop Daily Greens

Instructions
 

  • Put everything in a blender
  • Mix for at least 1 minute until smooth
  • Enjoy immediately!
