Reverse Your Fatty Liver Basil Walnut Spinach Pesto
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup raw walnuts
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- salt to taste
Instructions
- In a food processor or food chopper, combine your nuts, garlic, basil & spinach.
- Work until you have a coarse consistency.
- Leave this mixture in your chopper or processor, and slowly drizzle olive oil while mixing.
- Pulse/chop once again while adding lemon and sea salt.
- Alternate between pulsing and manually stirring until you get the right consistency.
