Reverse Your Fatty Liver Oatmeal Yam Muffins
Ingredients
- 2 cups sweet potatoes, cooked
- 1 cup oatmeal dry
- 2 cups nut milk
- 1 tbsp stevia
- 1 tsp Ceylon Cinnamon
Instructions
- Skin and cook sweet potatoes anyway you want.
- Peel sweet potatoes and place into high speed blender.
- Add milk and blend until combined.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix until combined.
- Heat oven to 350.
- Fill muffin pan with batter.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Allow to cool before eating.
