Reverse Your Fatty Live Pina Colada Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 meat from thai coconut
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cucumber, chopped large
- 2/3 cup lemon juice (about 3 lemons)
- 1/3 cup lime juice (about 2 limes)
- 5-6 ice cubes
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Add coconut meat & water to blend and blend until smooth.
- Add in all the other ingredients and blend until desired consistency.
- Enjoy immediately.
