Reverse Your Fatty Liver 1-Minute Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 1/2 medium overripe banana smashed
- 1 tbsp Anthony's Organic Coconut Flour
- 1 tbsp Artisana Organics Raw Cashew Butter (or other nut butter)
- 2-3 tbsp Elmhurst Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 3-5 nuts of your choice (optional)
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, combine your mashed banana and coconut flour and mix very well.
- Add your nut butter of choice and mix into it. It should be very thick.
- Transfer to mug or microwave safe cereal bowl and cook for 1 minute or until desired texture is achieved (this varies microwave to microwave).
