Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup almond mill
  • cup monkfruit
  • 3/4 cup Anythony's Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 cup Terrasoul Superfoods Cacao Powder
  • 1/2 cup Artisana Organics Raw Cashew Butter
  • 2 cups One Degree Organic Foods, Oats Sprouted Rolled
  • 1 cup hemp seeds

Instructions
 

  • Heat almond milk, monkfruit, coconut oil, and cacao powder together in a pot on medium heat.
  • Let mix heat until it simmers and monkfruit is dissolved.
  • Remove pot from heat and stir in vanilla, cashew butter, rolled oats, and hemp seeds until mixed.
  • Spoon a cookie sized amount onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • When all cookies have been scooped, put them in the refrigerator for 2 hours until they are set.
  • Store uneaten cookies in the refrigerator in a container.
