Ingredients
  

  • 1 sweet onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, mined
  • 1 med sweet potato, peeled and chopped
  • 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp allspice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 bay lead
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 cups green beans, fresh or frozen
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 14.5 oz canned diced tomatoes
  • 2 cans cannellini beans, drained

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a slow cooker, mix, cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
