Reverse Your Fatty Liver Healthy Baked Sweet Potato Fries
Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 3 tbsp coconut or olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F
- Pat your sweet potato wedges dry with napkins, and then combine them and the oil in a large
- Toss to make sure all sweet potato fries are coated with oil
- Sprinkle on your pepper, salt and paprika
- Arrange fries on a single layer on on oiled baking sheet, leaving a little room in between wedges
- Cook for 18 to 25 minutes, turning and flipping occasionally
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving
