Reverse Your Fatty Liver Sweet Potato Garlic Mash

Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled and steamed roasted until tender
  • 1 tbsp Bragg Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, divided
  • 1/2 yellow onion, finely diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/3 cup coconut or almond milk
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Peel and steam or roast potatoes until reach a tender, soft consistency
  • Mix and sauté the garlic and onions in olive oil for 7 to 10 minutes, while the potatoes are cooking
  • Mash sweet potatoes until you get the desired consistency you desire
  • Combine the rest of the ingredients with your garlic and onions
  • Mix into the sweet potato mash while stirring
  • Serve warm
