Reverse Your Fatty Liver Sweet Potato Garlic Mash
Ingredients
- 3 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled and steamed roasted until tender
- 1 tbsp Bragg Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, divided
- 1/2 yellow onion, finely diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/3 cup coconut or almond milk
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Peel and steam or roast potatoes until reach a tender, soft consistency
- Mix and sauté the garlic and onions in olive oil for 7 to 10 minutes, while the potatoes are cooking
- Mash sweet potatoes until you get the desired consistency you desire
- Combine the rest of the ingredients with your garlic and onions
- Mix into the sweet potato mash while stirring
- Serve warm
