Reverse Your Fatty Liver Authentic Italian Pesto Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- 1 or 2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Blend together your nuts, garlic and basil until you reach your desired consistency
- Slowly drizzle olive oil while mixing
- Continue blending wile adding lemon and sea salt until you just the right consistency
