Ingredients
- 1 medium sweet potato
- 1 avocado, sliced
- olive, coconut, hemp, or avocado oil
- salt and cracked pepper
Instructions
- Cut the sweet potato into 1/2-inch slices, lengthwise
- In a toaster oven, cook until golden brown
- If you use a normal toaster, try and find the right heat
- Cook until crispy, or whatever consistency you desire
- Drizzle your sweet potato toast with oil
- Add avocado slices and sprinkle with pepper and salt to taste
- Enjoy!
