Reverse Your Fatty Liver Eggless, Grain-Free Morning Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup unsweetened, natural apple sauce or mashed banana
- 1/4 red onion, finely diced
- 1 handful parsley, finely chopped
- 1/2 red pepper, finely diced
- 1 tbsp pesto
- 3 or 4 ounce any berries or fruits
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F
- Make some pesto(recipe in snacks)
- Mashed banana or apple sauce
- Add remaining ingredients to your mix and stir well
- Pour the mix into greased muffin tins
- Cook for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown
- Cut in half and spread on some pesto
- Enjoy!
