Reverse Your Fatty Liver Cooked Breakfast Apples

Ingredients
  

  • 4 apples, core removed and chopped
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a large pot and bring to a simmer on your stove
  • You can then cover and cook them on the stovetop, or stick them in the oven at 350°F for 25-30 minutes
  • Add extra water if the mix begins to dry out
  • Top with your favorite nuts and diced fruits
  • Enjoy!
