Reverse Your Fatty Liver Cinnamon Banana Apple Bake

Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium apples, cored and cut into thin slices
  • 2 tbsp coconut or avocado oil
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 cup mashed banana
  • 1/4 cup flaked almonds
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened orange juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Mix all ingredients aside from the almonds and apples
  • Arrange half of your sliced apples on the bottom of a small, greased casserole dish, our the banana mixture on top, and cover with the remaining apple slices
  • Add the flaked almonds as a topping
  • Bake for roughly 30 minutes, or until your apples have reached the consistency you like
